From an unfinished basement to a 5-star short-term rental, Scotty built this incredible Airbnb from scratch. Scotty built out walls and added a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Plumbing, electrical, painting, floor installation, framing, insulation and more. This project was completed in 2023, and the STR began operating that year.
